Raw materials to prepare:
- 300gr pork tenderloin
1- 2 eggs
- 1 cucumber
- Cornstarch( or wheat flour), fried flour
- Spices: salt, pepper, sweet and sour chili sauce, soy sauce

Step 1:
You slice the meat into thin slices.

Step 2:
Smash the meat to soften

Step 3:
Put the meat in the bowl, then add salt, pepper, soy sauce, and alcohol to mix well and then marinate for a while waiting to infuse spices.

Step 4:
You cut the cucumber into small pieces the length of meat.

Step 5:
Place a piece of cucumber in the middle of a slice of meat and roll it up, using cornstarch to glue.
Alternatively, you can use a split toothpick to curl the meat so that the roll does not come off, but remember to take out the toothpick before you put it on a plate to eat!

Step 6:
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with chopsticks. Take the rolled meat over a layer of cornstarch, then dip the egg.

Step 7:
The butcher has rolled cornstarch through the breadcrumb( deep-fried flour).

Step 8:
Prepare a pan of hot oil and meat roll into frying. When the golden meat is even, you take out the paper to drain the oil.
